Its been a busy couple of months for me in the website and computer business, so I was happy when last week Octoprint Lithographic Printers rang asking to if they could use the above zebra image for an A2 poster for a customer of theirs. Hanging in on the walls of the NEC, this image is being used by a Barcode company to promote their services.
Photos 2 Use Website gets an overhall with a new design, pictures and structure to help Search Engine Optimisation.
I was orignally told a week to 10 days for developing due to it being black and white, but after 2 weeks I have finally got the photos back fom my first day out with the Mamiya 645. (more…)
On talking to a sales assistant at the local Jessops Store I was Shocked to find out that the CEOs of Jessops have decided to abolish the one off discounts that staff can give out.

As part of my job for Cheshire’s Best Kept Station Competition, I was asked to go take photos of Stockport Station for a story about what goes on behind the scenes, and how the staff work to help travelers journeys to be a smooth as possible. There is a lot more to running a station than one might expect. My view on it was, sell a ticket, announce the trains and dispatch the trains once passangers are on, these are only a small but important part of the job.
After a relaxing week in the Lakes with the family, its time to get back to work.
With over 600 images from the various places around the Lake District to sort through and print off it will be a pretty busy week, not to mention catch up with the list of emails from clients that I have.
A select few of the images will be appearing on photos2use.co.uk in the coming days, so watch that space.
